Day 1 (20th April 2015)

7:00 am to 8:00 am – Morning Registration and Breakfast at Hotel

8:00 am – Buses leave for Emerald Heights

8:00 am to 8:30 am Registration of Local Delegations at Emerald Heights
8:45 am – All students are seated in the Audi
9:00 am to 10:30 am – Opening Ceremony (EHIS)

10:30 am - Departure for DC
11:15 am to 1:00 pm – Session 1

12:00 to 12:30 pm – Informal meeting with the faculty advisors
1:00 pm to 2:00 pm – Lunch and research
2:00 pm to 4:00 pm – Session 2
4:00 pm to 4:30 pm – Tea
4:30 pm to 6:00 pm – Session 3

5:00 pm to 5:30 pm  - Debriefing with the faculty advisors
6:00 to 6:30 pm – Free time in school/ changing time

6:45 pm – Buses leave for Emerald Heights
7:30 pm – Evening program by Emerald heights 10:00 pm – Buses leave back for hotel

 

Day 2 (21st April 2015)

 

7:30 am to 8:30 am – Breakfast

8:30 am – Buses leave for DC
9:00 am to 11:00 am – Session 4
11: 00 am to 11:15 am – Tea
11:30 am to 1:00 pm – Session 5
1:00 pm to 2:00 pm – Lunch and Research

2:00 pm to 4:15 pm – Session 6

2:00 pm to 4:15 pm – Faculty advisors will move for shopping
4:15 pm to 4:30 – Tea
4:30 pm to 6:30 pm – Session 7

5:00 pm to 5:30 pm – Debriefing with the faculty advisors
6:30 pm to 7:00 pm – Personal hour/ Change 7:15 pm – Buses leave for Emerald Heights 8:00 pm – Dinner and DJ Night
10:00 pm – Buses leave back for the hotel

 

Day 3 (22nd April 2015)

9:00 am – Buses leave for DC

9:30 am to 11:00 am – Session 8

9:30 am to 11:00 am – Faculty advisors will move for Indore Darshan

11:00 am to 11:15 am – Tea

11:30 am to 1:00 pm – Session 9

1:00 to 2:00 pm – Lunch

2:00 pm to 4:30pm – Concluding Session

3:00 pm to 3:30 pm – Debriefing with the faculty advisors
4:30 to 5:00 pm - Tea
5:30 pm to 7:00 pm – Closing Ceremony at DC

7:30 pm – Farewell Dinner at DC (Desai Lake Lawns)

 

 

 

 

20th April

 

1) Dress Code- Indian/Traditional/Ethnic Wear

 

2) Performance by Delegates

     (i)  Time- 3 to 4 minutes

    (ii)   Performance can be Dance, Skit, Play or Group Song

    iii)   Not compulsory to be related to theme

    (iv) School can mail their songs to the secretariat if they are performing a Dance
